The product worked the same as the official product I bought from Best Buy as it costs the same. PROBLEM: The problem with this one was that it literally stopped working after 2 hours of use. It just went off and never came on again. EASY TO USE: It is easy to use. Just connect to the USB port on your PC or Mac Book and, just like syncing your controller to your Xbox, hold the sync button on USB and Headsef until you find a connection. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MICROSOFT OFFICIAL VERSION: The difference is that the Microsoft version is smaller, has the same price (best buy $24.99), it is also smaller compared to this one. It's super tiny and looks more like an Amazon Fire Stick. Microsoft also comes with a USB cable extender so you can place it anywhere on your desk. Ease of use is the same between them and they both take the same amount of time to sync with the headset. 2/10 isn't recommended just because you should if the original version doesn't differ by more than a few dollars. The product worked fine until it stopped, so maybe I just got a defective one. There isn't a big one. Sent it back and bought the original anyway.
