I really wanted that, the lady in the deli says she loves hers. I can't lift the flaps, they fall into the bowl. I watched the manufacturer's video on YouTube along with some other reviewers' videos and mine just won't fold together as shown, the flaps won't stay upright. The problem is that when the grains pop, they jump straight out of the bucket and into the microwave. So I had to take out all the parts that were there, that's more than half. Some stayed in the bucket. It's too messy to use this way - I WANT IT TO WORK! I think mine is defective, I'm not sure if this product is guaranteed or not. I would buy these for gifts if they worked for me as they are a very new idea.
