This is my third set for the same window. They last about four years before inevitably one of the bars breaks. The upper brackets are now all plastic except for the magnet. At least they don't rust the door like the previous ones. I was confused by the extra magnet and two squares of double sided tape. It looks like you're going to use it to stabilize the top rail behind the lift mechanism. The problem is that it's not wide enough to bridge the gap. Also, I'm skeptical about how long the tape will stay tacky. This is not a problem for me as I never raise the blinds; I only open and close the slats. For those of us who are dissatisfied, they no longer include magnetic bottom brackets to keep the blinds from swinging when the door is opened. If you're replacing your blinds, just place the old top track brackets underneath and they'll look and work great.
