Review on 🍗 Efficient Stainless Steel Roasting Pan with Rack and Foldable Handles for Easy Storage - ExcelSteel Multiuse, 16.5 inch by Jay Arnold

I was delighted to receive this pan which fits perfectly in my small steam/convection oven. Folding handles were a plus. Unfortunately, it was very bright, so not suitable for roasts. Stainless steel shavings appeared at the bottom of the pan after the first use. I have observed and followed all the care instructions on the packaging so that the pan does not warp. The roast stood on the table for 2-3 hours before cooking, so the pan was placed in the oven at room temperature. The pan was still warped. I'm very disappointed because the size and format (folding handles) were great; Unfortunately, the product is made of fragile materials.
