So I ordered 3T for my 15 month old daughter because all the reviews said she is very small and usually wears 24m or 2T. Well at the same time I ordered the blue one from another listing for my 4 year old. I ordered 4T in this one and the label said 3T-4T which suits her perfectly because she is tiny. Well this pink one is exactly the same size as the blue one I ordered. It wasn't full bust because I just got it for my 4 year old but now they don't have dresses that fit the way my oldest wanted. But overall it's still a cute dress and at least I had a baby that fit.
