Broke within the first week :(

I've bought these before but this one hasn't lasted very well, hasn't lasted even a week a year and I haven't had any major falls. Of course the cracks got worse than I did took it off the phone but there were 2 separation cracks, one 2" long and one long in the middle. No idea how it happened but very disappointed.
