The automatic rocking function stopped working after less than a month. I purchased this item 3.5 weeks ago in a desperate attempt to get some sleep. This product was great when it worked - the automatic rocking freed my hands enough (no need to sit there for 20 minutes rocking my daughter to sleep) that I was able to eat my dinner warm for the first time in 7 weeks. It really saved me a minute there. My girl also likes the "ocean" sound effects. But now I'm typing this at 5am with my left hand (I'm not even left-handed) while my right arm is outstretched and the cradle is rocking, trying to help my daughter calm down so she can return after feeding can fall asleep. My husband and I both checked it out and there are no obstructions, no loose parts, it is fully plugged into a working outlet and yet it STILL wiggles at about 15% of the speed and force that we got it with. It does almost nothing, so I just disabled auto download. Big waste of money - just buy a cheaper manual rocking cradle because you'll be rocking that soon anyway.
