I really liked this laptop at first. It was easy to set up. I liked the large screen and the ease of use. Unfortunately I noticed a few days ago that it is buggy. It turned off and on again in the middle of use. Turned off yesterday and now won't turn on. He's only 6 weeks old so that's a big disappointment. An even bigger disappointment is that we went through a 30 day return policy. Now we're stuck with a laptop that doesn't work. There are risks associated with purchasing refurbished items.
