I ordered a small one so I think it should be a bit big. I'm 5ft 3" and 125lbs and almost bought a size medium if that helps. The only place it was tight was the neck, and it stretched to fit. I ordered this to protect my chest, I had open heart surgery and was concerned the healed incision would get too much sun. It protected my chest well.
