The support staff at ema are very knowledgeable about their products as well as customer service in general which really helps when you need help solving an issue or have questions that don't seem to be able to find answers anywhere else online! I've always been impressed by how quickly they respond to emails/tickets and resolve problems via phone calls. Support tickets can take some time for them to get back but overall it's pretty quick once we set up our first ticket (which takes only 1 minute).
