i go through 2 to 3 of these a year. my dogs love the concept. But this product here is bottom of its class. for the same price you can get a bungee rope with a much stronger toy. The braided rope with the tennis ball has been most durable from my experience. DONT GET THE ONE WITH THE MEDAl SPRING! they send you a tennis ball to put over the medal but the ball moves or if you dog hangs hes gonna bite so hard on the ball andd hes still gonna bite medal. For like 2 dollars cheaper you can get a similar bungee cord as this one with a much stronger toy. You wont have no strap to deal with just throw it over the branch and knot it. Seriously considering asking for my money back
