Kalita Wave is a classic for a reason. It makes delicious coffee and is more technology-friendly than something like the V60. With size 185 you can make a good amount of coffee, which is important for me as I drink a lot of it. I do about 0.5L at a time. So far I haven't had any trouble finding Kalita filters, which was a pleasant surprise. The ceramic is of good quality and holds the heat well, although I would recommend rinsing the filters with hot water to heat them up before making coffee. You can find stuffing guides online, but it really takes practice to perfect your stuffing technique. I highly recommend Kalita Wave.
