Review on KAIXOXIN by Wade Brooks

Recently, I shopped at KAIXOXIN, an internet retailer that specializes in hardware and products for home improvement, and I was let down by the service I received. I placed an order for some lighting fixtures as well as ceiling fans; however, it took a lot longer than I had anticipated for the dispatch. When I attempted to get assistance from their customer support team, I had a difficult time getting a response, and when I did, the information I received was not in the least bit helpful. When the order was eventually delivered, I discovered that the products were of a poorer quality than I had anticipated. The fittings were made of cheap material and did not function as advertised. In addition, the ceiling fans were noisy and wobbly. I was hoping to purchase items of a high quality, but I was disappointed to find that this was not the case. In general, my experience with KAIXOXIN's customer support and shipping, as well as the quality of the products themselves, was less than satisfactory. This online store does not have the kind of high-quality home improvement items that I would recommend it to anyone searching for.
