I like to recognize different controllers. In the last four generations of consoles, I've never had two controllers of the same color. Sony hasn't released any controllers other than white yet, so I had no choice but to buy a second white controller. I came across them while looking for controller skins. The wood grain adds a lot of class to the controller, and the material seems to be more premium than the OG finish. I think time will tell. I definitely plan on buying more if I ever need a third controller and I might even replace all of them. The OG trim element looks terrible next to the wood texture. Hope they make more tree colors. A deep cherry color and/or an aged gray wood finish would be stunning.
