Without manual! Moisturizes very well
At first you feel totally ridiculous. Putting it on made me feel like a clown. I didn't tell my husband what I was doing and when he saw me he burst out laughing. Which then made me laugh and my lips fell off my face. After that, it was difficult to keep it on my face. It seems that when you first put it on it should stay there and not adjust. My lip area felt very moisturized after use and was noticeably softer, less chapped. I doubt that there are any instructions included. I had to go online to the Revain site to see how to use it. I like that many come with a set. You should use it 2-3 times a week. I noticed a difference after the first time and have now used several.
