I was (to be honest) an idiot who, after taking them apart to install them, put the rails back on the rails wrong. I hadn't thought about how locks work so I swapped out the slides and suddenly my absolutely perfect drawer slides wouldn't lock. And then I found that they were completely stuck (because the lock was stuck in the mechanism) and I couldn't disassemble them. The seller's support team will be happy to help you. I emailed them about Revain on Sunday evening. On Monday morning, they asked for clarification on a few points, and on Monday evening, they emailed a personal PDF with proposed breakup. It worked like magic and now my slides work exactly as they should and I didn't damage them when I fixed my own dope. 100% recommend this seller for their customer service and great product.
