I like how Recru can be used as an internal tool for our department or team, which makes it very easy to use internally! The reports are great too - they're comprehensive but also simple in design so everyone understands them quickly without having training needed. It's helpful when we have multiple teams within one organization using this system together because everything is centralized at once rather than each individual piece of information being stored separately elsewhere (i.e., emails). We were able to streamline some manual tasks into automatic functions with ease through Recruitment CRM. For example: if someone submits their application online via LinkedIn profile then automatically creates a job posting for us; same goes for resume submissions from applicants who apply directly. This has made many steps much more efficient by not needing additional manpower to do manually what was previously done externally/internally.
