Review on Ink Remanufactured Replacement 240XL 241XL by Matt Morgan

*Update* The seller contacted me and not only replaced the defective cartridge free of charge but also refunded the original purchase price. I have updated my review as it has been great customer service and has made me a customer for life. The printer cartridges worked fine for the first two prints, then the reds, pink and matte started to print. From what I've read online, this is usually associated with low cyan levels. Not sure if the ink cartridge was filled incorrectly or not. Giving two stars because the black one seemed to work well.
