Got my steam mop. I would call it a universal steamer for the whole house. She was very much looking forward to it. And she fully met my expectations. Lightweight, agile, versatile. I took her with me to the cottage. I cleaned the old refrigerator, furniture and varnished wooden floor. The apartment was steamed laminate and carpeting. I saw from previous reviews that the rag falls off. It really is. This is the only negative for me. With a nozzle for carpets, everything is fine. And when washing the floor, you have to wear a rag all the time. But I will solve this problem with the help of rubber bands. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied. Thank you.
