I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.

More convenient than rechargeable batteries. Although the rechargeable batteries are enough for a longer game, but the fact that they do not need to be changed now is faster, during the game this minus is compensated.
Got pros:
I put the battery in the gamepad and forgot. Now at any time you can see how much charge is left. Convenient to charge.
Its cons:
I would like more capacity. But in principle, the charge is enough for a decent time. Yes, and charging now is not stressful at all. After all, you can charge while playing.
