The quality is worse than I have ever seen, a complete disappointment

I got this miracle about 10 days ago, at first I liked everything, the only thing that strained the firmware ate for a long time at the first connection. About a week later, I decided to connect the Aqara smart socket using the ZigBee protocol, the speaker did not find the socket, contacting technical support did not help, after a couple of on-duty tips for housewives, they just start to play for time and put pressure on my nerves, they asked me: tell the speaker ID, login , the date / time when the problem appeared, then some other UUID of the application and it’s not known to the heap why the smartphone model and version of its OS (this is despite the fact that the column actually starts the search and by voice without any smartphones!). Well, okay, I was freaking out, I went and bought an Aqara temperature sensor to check, whether there is a socket with a marriage or the wrong version, everything was repeated with the sensor according to a new one, I didn’t go anywhere, I went and bought an Aqara hub with which both the socket and the sensor connected in a matter of seconds. Having made a logical conclusion that my column probably has some kind of defect in the ZigBee hub part, I already contacted the market support to replace the device, in fact I already have a hub, I don’t really need that replacement, but I paid for the full functionality, and the seller could take care of the customers, but no, the support of the market is taking time, for 2 days already something has been clarified, re-specified with some of its specialists, it promises to answer right now, right here soon, but to be honest, I’m weak I believe in it. In general, what is the conclusion: station 2 is the most useless in the entire line, because mini is much cheaper, and max can connect to TV. does not develop the story with the ZigBee hub for a smart home, which is worth the mere absence of an official list of supported sensors, the list is only from enthusiasts, from whom you won’t ask later, technical support digs them in instead of solving problems because few people will fool around with a return of 10k (approximately so much the device cost me with all the bonuses and discounts). A month later they fixed it, I leave the assessment - you can’t work like that.
