I recently bought this to hang up my baby clothes. On the child size 10/12, on the other 4t. I found the hangers fit both sizes. They are strong and do not bend under weight. The value is there too as it is the largest pack I could find at this price point. In general, if you need a lot of good children's hangers, take them.
