First, I should clarify that I may have received a mislabeled heater. While it matches the product photo here, it doesn't match the description on the box or the safety information (labels on the controls were different, etc.). However, when I plugged it in, it gave off heat, and the dials were light enough to find out I wasn't paying attention. I assumed the company was scrolling through old packaging or not updating their instructions. It's been a month and I've just noticed that the cord gets hotter and hotter (moving from socket to socket) when the heater is on. Insulation).
