Review on 📶 TruConnect 2200 Prepaid Mobile Hotspot: Stay Connected Anytime, Anywhere by Christopher Bates

I have had issues with this unit since the day I received it including: 1: Bad battery - it didn't charge right away. 2: Unable to securely connect to network - 3G access was patchy. I know it's the device as my phone stays at 4-5 bars with no issues and the hotspot I replaced it with also stays at 4-5 bars. This device is having reception problems. 3: Price - There are others that are better just for the price. I suggest that you carefully consider the actual use of the data. The prices are a bit higher than similar hotspots and they are not intended for watching movies, streaming anything or downloading large amounts of data. Even some other hotspots have much lower prices than this device's plans. 4: Support is a nightmare. Battery problem still not answered MONTHS after I bought it. I went to BatteriesPlus to get a replacement battery and the charging/turning on issue was resolved. And cancel the service? They say they canceled it but you still get a bill for it. You should keep a close eye on them here.
