I work from home and use headsets, nobody has to poke them. It has cooking features like online mute and volume control, it has a very long cord that allows me to move around my desk easily. Even if I don't like the seating position. No matter how I fit it on my head, it never feels secure and I'm always afraid it will fall off. I only bought it because my local Walmart didn't have one with a built in mute button and it does the job, but if you can pick up Plantronics or even Logitech for a few bucks more I'd say go that route. It's not the worst, but leaves a lot to be desired
