They have great support team which is always there for you when you need any help or guidance. The pricing system of this service could be better as it was little bit expensive in comparison to other services like google cloud etc. But overall experience was good. I would recommend anyone who wants to use their api for sentiment analysis, emotion detection etc. This will definitely solve all problems related to analyzing texts. We used twin word apis primarily for sentiment analysis but also did some research work using emoion analysis too. It's really useful and we got what exactly we were looking for.
