I don't think it has anything to dislike yet! We've been using JOBJET over two years now & have had zero issues with functionality or support for our clients who use this product daily (hundreds). There are many different tools out there so make sure you're looking at what's best vs what meets their needs specifically - we were able to customize most aspects of job jet in order to meet some unique requirements from one client but not others (& having an API was very important as well) - if they haven't implemented something specific into JOBJET then its likely too new/not widely used. A couple examples would be setting up custom fields (such as phone number), multiple contact lists per candidate, etc. The benefits far outweigh any downsides here.
