The best part is that it provides support for all three platforms (On-Premise, Cloud & hybrid). It's fairly easy to use as well which makes it more user friendly than other solutions in its class. There are some minor issues like not being able to export data from one platform directly into another but overall I have been very pleased so far. We need to be able to manage our student information across campus in different departments and locations. This solution has helped us accomplish this goal while providing great customer service through their live chat feature!
