Very cute garland and very easy to make! I recommend buying an electric pump to cut the time in half. Pro tip: use command strips and have something handy to hang them up. (My plastered wall definitely didn't help!) I also used little baby hair ties to tie and hold some balloons together. The ivy garland was very cute!
