Oxygen concentrator is comfortable to hold but poor zipper

I needed a backrest that would allow the oxygen concentrator to vent. It works, just wish the side pockets weren't so tiny, I have a hard time putting my keys in. After a week of use, the zipper opens every time I use it as a backpack instead of carrying it around. My oxygen concentrator flips over and almost falls out. I'm surprised no one else has had this experience.
