I was thinking about buying a new air fryer because I wanted to cook more dishes at the same time. It worked well. I used a rack and was able to put more food in it and it worked great. I used a red mat inside and it works great. I just add some water and let it soak in and clean later. I use a black mat and don't need to clean the drawer. I just wipe it off, then froth it up, dry it and put it back in the fryer for next time. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. I was. I have Cosori 5.8qt.
