My favorite after 40 years of cooking
Very expensive or heavy dishes do not improve the taste of food. This is my second Anolone set and I will not buy anything else. Even heat distribution, EXCELLENT durability and easy cleaning. Perfect sauces require a non-stick pan (and according to Anthony Bourdain, it does). I've had several high quality pans that wear out much sooner than my trusty Anolones.
