Blemishes and face doesn't feel clean

I was happy to buy this cleanser because I use a face serum and moisturizer and see great results. I have used other facial cleansers from this brand and they worked fantastic so I decided to give it a try. This cleanser is the only thing I changed in my routine and my face is so damaged. It doesn't look like I'm really getting a deep clean or any kind of cleanse.
