I was looking for small binoculars with good long-distance vision so as not to be expensive. I saw that they had a 20x50 magnification and a good view of the field. For the price I decided to try them, you can always return if you are not satisfied. I'm really surprised how sharp the view is and how clear distant things are. The phone jack is a nice addition but a little flimsy, you have to hold it to the eyepiece to use it, but it worked. The compass confused me. This is just an addon, it doesn't connect to the binoculars, it's really a novelty IMHO. But the compass is great. So for the money, these binoculars can't be beat.
