I really wanted to like it. It holds the phone without blocking the iPhone XS screen, which is a rare feat. But when I tightened it, just before my first trip, the threaded rod refused to tighten. Then when I tried to take it off to check, it just popped out of where it was supposed to be permanently attached. If that happened while driving, my phone would fly off. The idea as a whole is great, and I'd happily pay a few bucks more if the key parts were aluminum or something stronger that I could trust. Now I will look for another bike and phone mount. :-(
