Review on Heap by Mike Snedeker

I like that Heap makes our journey flows a lot easier. It's also easy to add new flows that I want to include and can see in seconds and edit the flow when needed.The dashboard is not user friendly. It needs to be easier to find and modify flows. The flow is a little bit confusing for our team. We can't even add any new flows if we want to, because when we try to add flows, the dashboard is not user friendly, I have to get help to configure that. I also need it to be easier to move flows between projects. Try! I think the user will find it easy to use and understand. So far no issues. The project that I work with has improved with Heap flow editor. As well as the communication and sharing flow. The support is incredible! Every time we have an issue they are quick with responding and fixing it right away. I haven't found anything yet I dislike about this software. It has been great working with them. You will not be disappointed by using their services. They helped us fix some issues when trying to create our new store design as well as help build out certain features of one page websites.
