I bought headphones in January 2022 from the official Sound Pro Lab dealer in Afimall. I've been using it for over a year and a half now. Initially, I could not get enough of the purchase, I was delighted with the noise reduction effect! And the sound of the headphones is quite good. After six months of use, the left "ear" died - it simply stopped reproducing sound and the noise reduction turned off. I arrived at the official service center, where I was forced to wait a month until new headphones were brought, because (quote) "the design of this model does not allow for any repairs, only a complete replacement." I waited for new headphones and for another year I did not know sorrows, until today I discovered that again the left "ear" was not working ! If you are ready to pay more than 20k for headphones that will last you a little more than the warranty period - I highly advise you to buy ! If not, look for alternatives from other manufacturers. I am very disappointed in the quality of Bose products that are so touted all over the world and I will never buy or recommend their products to anyone again!
