I make biscuits and bread often, so this is essential. Wide enough to cut the dough and also very helpful to shape the dough for my square biscuits. The guidelines for measurements is so very much appreciated. I even pull this out when needing to figure out equivalent measurements (cups to tablespoons, for example). Highly recommend!
