The products work, the packaging did not suit me
The products themselves work perfectly. Bought for my teenage daughter who complained of an itchy scalp. After the first use, she said she felt an improvement. However, tonight she asked me for help with the shampoo pack. She had to unscrew the lid before each use. It must be the pump. The pump is stuck. I tried to unlock the pump and when I did it looked like it was broken and stuck. Strange. So now the shampoo bottle is broken. Will buy again but not here.
