Revainrating 5 out of 5

edit - slow and hard to connect most of the time

edited - now that my drive has grown even longer I've lowered my rating to one star because it's barely there now the connection keeps up because the usb-c connector moves inside the drive, so it's poorly built (or maybe it's just that block). It's a great idea, it looks great, but it's not worth the effort. I hope it's just mine or they make improvements. I've had the disc for about 6 weeks now and decided to try it out. I will say I may be having a bad ride but the support team didn't respond at all and it's been 24 hours since I tried to contact them so that's disappointing too. I'm very disappointed with the speed and connectivity for the price of the drive. I am transferring data between my Note 20 Ultra phone and my computer and need the security it offers as I have customer information to be more mobile. Others have mentioned that it's slow and I should have checked more. I'm only giving this one two stars because it connects very slowly and sometimes won't connect without going through a few steps, it's very choppy between a decent transfer rate and an extremely slow transfer rate, and it gets very hot. The idea is great, the lock works well, the app seems to work well and doesn't feel cheap, but other issues really get in the way of a good review.
