I had high hopes for the SIHOO office chair. I was disappointed. Cons: Came with no assembly instructions - thank goodness my husband knows how to put these chairs together. But even he said that without instructions it was difficult. The armrests are too far back, and every time you move the chair on the armrest, it moves from side to side. It's annoying. See photos. The headrest is wobbly and rests on cheap plastic. The back of the chair fell off every time I adjusted it to "lumbar support". There is no lumbar support. The seat itself is reclined so my knees are higher than my hips. This is bad for the lower back. Pros: The armrests were well padded. The chrome base and legs feel sturdy. I would not recommend this product. It's overpriced and I've decided to use a different chair for my home office.
