Ordered this to install four replacement laptop hard drives in my media server. The packaging was a simple plastic bag with a cardboard label inside bubble wrap. Considering the rigidity of the mount, this shouldn't be a huge problem. However, due to the U-shape of the bracket, there may be some bending during transportation due to rough handling during transportation. Installation is simple and straightforward. This bracket is not suitable for larger 15mm enterprise drives. I only had one small issue: the bracket flexed slightly when the screws were fully tightened. Make it difficult or impossible to install subsequent discs. Leaving the screws loose until all drives are installed avoids this problem on most drives I've used. The only improvement I'd like to see is the bottom mounting holes. Therefore it can be used in cases where only floor mounting options are available or as a self mounting option for the actuator.
