My daughter wears a medium women's size. I bought her adult med. and they fit perfectly. They show through a bit when she bends over, but that's not a problem as she will be wearing the skirt with her costume. I think the price is a bit high for ONE piece of the costume but it was the only thing I could find without having to make my own leggings.
