I had a bit of confidence as the specs weren't very descriptive, and I'm glad I did. The base is mounted on something like Lazy Susan so it spins freely. The arm itself moves up and down, and the screen tilts (back and forth) and can also be rotated to display it in portrait (vertical) rather than landscape (horizontal) orientation. Excellent ad. Also, the screen diagonal is slightly larger than other 24-inch displays and there are virtually no bezels. Good color reproduction, I am very satisfied with this monitor.
