These plastic bags are just what I was looking for to pack my hand decorated shortbread biscuits. I usually seal each cookie in a smaller bag and place it in a larger bag. I placed decorative cardboard between the two bags to give the cookies extra support and protection. I like to tie the outer pocket with ribbon or make a topper out of the matching box. My problem is that all the bags I found in retail stores had creases on the sides and they looked awful when pinned together to tie. These flat pouches work great. They even came with pretty drawstring ties to use under my ties.
