Before I bought this chocolate mold I had sold another one here from many vendors (this one is harder to find). This mold was very flat so it was almost impossible to get the chocolate out without breaking it and it wasn't strong it would break if you looked at it. This also applies to the larger bar. I wanted something deeper and with smaller bars so I can pack them separately. This form meets all requirements. It's a little deeper so the chocolate doesn't break easily when you try to demould it. It's quite thick silicone, as opposed to flat molds, so you'll have to use a little more effort to separate the chocolate and silicone, but it works a lot better. It's a more normal chocolate thickness and I love that you can get several smaller bars instead of one thin big one.
