Big holes were exactly what I wanted to make for my carrot salads as smaller carrots lose some of their flavor and appeal when chewed . Now that I have it I can find another use for it. For example, I like that he grates vegan cheese in big chunks as its texture is different than cheese made from animal milk. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it's awkward to use at first. However, it's just a matter of developing the right technique, and it's happening.
