I bought this product because I was trying several products to remove irritating alcohol based white stains when I accidentally put hand sanitizer on my car console due to my paranoia during the early COVID era (April 2020). spilled. Since then I've searched the internet for deals and tried several products I have on hand (including one from a well known auto parts brand. I've also detailed my car hoping it would work but I've had no luck. This is the only product that worked.It needed a bit of elbow grease but it did get the stains off the metal.I smeared a decent amount onto a dry cloth then onto the stain itself, letting it sit for a second or two then rubbing back and forth , then in a circle - with some force.I buffed it with a clean piece of cloth, then removed the last traces of the product with another piece of cloth.The first time I did this I noticed that part of the stain disappeared so i just repeated the process a few times until the stain was gone it worked great on the metal part of my console and very well on the you plastic part.?) Part. I would love to take photos but this product worked well for my purpose.
