It's user friendly and easy to use for visitors & employees alike! I like that it is an accessible software which allows my clients/employees with accessibility needs or limited knowledge of technology to navigate their way around this great platform easily. The support team are really helpful too when needed - they answer your questions quickly and efficiently so there isn't any waiting around whilst trying to figure things out yourself. Nothing yet but if anything were ever to come up we have other products available from them (or another provider) who would gladly assist us again - no problems here :) We're using VPod solutions' services primarily to manage new employee onboarding into our business.
