Only worn once but I'm 6'1, 270ish, and it's quite comfortable while keeping me tight and smooth. If it helps I tend to wear an 18 to 18 and 1/2 in a dress shirt. It comes down to about mid underwear and didn't ride up during a 12 hour day.
